Health care activities include representation and counsel with respect to issues related to establishment and maintenance of provider practices, physician recruitment and employment, buy-in/out of shareholders/partners/ members, merger and acquisition of provider practices, managed care contracting, fraud and abuse, self-referrals, establishment and sale of ambulatory surgical centers, anti- trust, credentialing and deselection, informed consent, as well as group practice employment and real estate matters.
